Be nice to be able to add multiple Guidelines to add extra control when aligning elements similar to how Photoshop has implemented it.
Also it would be nice to be able to select an element a nudge it by 1 pixel using the keyboard

Wow, I just ran into this very concept. I was able to use my keyboard to nudge an item, but it was nudging 3 or 4 px! C'mon. One pixel at a time, unless I press the shift key at the same time, then go for ten px.
