Using JW Player in Joomla |

I am using Artisteer 4.0, selected as responsive and I would like to use JW Player for YouTube videos. However, I cannot get JW Player to be responsive, I have tried FitVids, but could not get to function.
I have contacted JoomlaRulez and they have a system which works, but I need to turn off the template.css file, so that template.responsive.css is the active file. Is there away to do this, HELP.
