I am not sure this was ready for a final release either. I have been reporting multiple bugs since I upgraded.

Ditto. Just gave up and went back to V3.

Go ahead and report it to support, only to find out that the support team is clueless and useless, and more importantly ARROGANT. Great product though...
- Install it on a second computer, ans see it it happens again.
- Can you reproduce this every time?

I have reported several bugs and even simple ones go unfixed. Take for example text input widths. Set them to 'auto' but Artisteer sets them to 100%.

I am waiting for an answer to the auto/100% issue myself. Causing multiple issues in Joomla.

You can edit the template.css file to fix it. Open the file and find:
input[type="text"], input[type="password"], input[type="email"], input[type="url"], textarea
{
width: 100%;
and replace the 100% with auto

I have given up on this app and this company... just too many show stopper bugs to be taken seriously - both in version 3 and now 4.
I'm out!

Guys, this is what I found out regarding the widths, and I am referring to the width of the search box in the header. It should work the same way for input boxes, although I did not test it yet.
1. From the Controls->Search->More options, change the Width type from auto to fixed, and choose the width in pixels.
Now, the width of the search box has new width, but in the responsive layouts, this is not centered and does not look good. So,
2. Go back to the More options, and change the type to auto.
So now we have our fixed length in the normal template, but 100% in the responsive layouts. I think this is pretty awesome.
