Hi Guys,
I just bought A4 yesterday, but somehow the software just hangs after a while.
I was editting a new template, and suddenly my set background became white (so it just disappeared). I tried to set it back, but that didn't work. So I decided to save the template and restart A4 but even saving didn't work. Anything else within A4 did work, except for the save/export and background options.
Checked the eventvwr, nothing strange to mention. Even no harddisk activity. So I tried to restart.....couldn't restart the application. So I had to shut it down via the taskmanager. Restarted the application and after 10/15 min the same thing happend...
Anyone any idea?

I ran into same problem with Artisteer 4. It was working fine and then started not saving projects. I found that my Win 7 had installed Microsoft update KB2732059 on the date in which Artisteer stopped saving. I uninstalled the Microsoft update and can save again. I put in official support ticket for the issue today.

I updated to latest version, per recommendation of Artisteer support, and the issue of hanging on save was resolved.
