Hey Artisteer,
You're getting free beta testers so the least you could is to test the bugs we report before responding that they don't exist.
I am tired of taking my time to test YOUR app and providing you with my source file, the versions of Artisteer, CMS and browsers used, along with steps to reproduce.
The least you could do is to test it before sending it back to me saying nothing is wrong. This just wastes both of our time.

Microsoft did the same with Vista. Except they didn't call it beta or RC. Kinda why I don't buy their products. ;)
