When you want to include custom CSS in a theme you can do that in the export options...
It would be nice to have the same option for the header & footer
The header should actually have 2 sections though,
1 to place optional code within the <HEAD> section
and the other to append code at the end of the header file
OR even better a live edit, that allows you to edit the header file itself before the export!!!
