This is my 1st Joomla and Artisteer website. I've have my template made and uploaded/installed onto my host. I have a menu between the header and the sheet. I see the menu in preview, but can't see it on my website.
Is this a Joomla or Artisteer problem? How do I fix it?

You should read following instructions for configuring menus: http://www.artisteer.com/?p=help_joomla

milbra, in joomla the menus will not show until you start to add menu items and articles related to the menu, unless you uploaded content from Artisteer?

You have exported a Joomla Template, and setup a position (user1, user3, left, right). Go to Joomla Administration --> Extensions --> Modules and select ''Main Menu''. In the ''position'' box, type user3.
It work's only when you choose 'left''and ''right'' in export wizard.

After reading the replies, I upgraded from version 3.0 to 3.1 and exported again using position (position-1, position-2, ...), I didn't see what you suggested. The only other option was (left, right, top, bottom, ...) - maybe "user" is included under the "...". When I went to the Modules page, I couldn't change the info in the "position" box - not editable. I don't know what happened, but at least I can now see my navigation!
Thanks for everyone's help and for keeping the explanations simple!

@ milbra
I'll suggest you to contact Artisteer support with temporary access to your Joomla admin for positions issue.
