Ignore - support answered my ticket instantly (nice!).

The version installed 3 days ago Artisteer.3.1.0.55575 now replaced with Artisteer.3.1.0.56360 and problem resolved.

How do you download the new version (3.1.0.56360)? I can't find any update button in the program and when I download on this site it's still the 3.1.0.55575 version.

thanks!

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall? I had problems with v4 on one computer only. My laptop didn't have the problem. I could not save either, different error though.

I also used a program called Revo uninstaller which scanned the computer for leftover registry and files to completely remove any traces. Reinstalled and have not had that same issue again.

I actually had both 3 and 4 and did this with both to be safe.

DEAR NEHAL
when ever u cant save. use save as option to save the project to artx. like this u wont loose anything. open the same file using file->open option. then at the final stage use export option.

Even with Save As it still gives the same error. Tried to save with Save, Save As and the Disc Icon . . . all give error. If I lose this work I'm going to be PISSED!

Hello,

So I tried to save my latest updates to Artisteer 4.2 and I keep getting the error message: "Unable to save file. Object reference not set to an instance of an object." This is very frustrating as I can't save my work done and every time I want to make updates to my template I now have to edit all my previous tweaks plus the new additions every time and sometimes I forget what changes I made last time. Someone please help me on this.

Hi,

I'm using Artisteer 4 on a Virtual Windows Box as I run Ubuntu on my pc.
I've started a new project. When trying to save work done so far I am faced with an error which reads "Unable to save file. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I have tried both the "save" and "save as" options, but to no avail. Also, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help - yep, tried it.

Help please?

Kind Regards
