Within a self contain Artisteer website (no separate CMS) is there a way of limiting access to specific website areas to specific users at password level (linked to PC logons) please?

If you are not using a cms for the website such as wordpress, then it makes for a complicated system.
If you are using wordpress then there are plugins that offer this sort of page access control.
If you are actually trying to control a pc user login to a website then I would think you would need to use something like Sharepoint from Microsoft.
