Does 4.0 allow adding code into the <head></head> area? I know I can do it in Dreamweaver, etc. I can’t find it in the 4.0 beta, and if it’s not there, it’s a big disappointment for me. I’ve previously made a request to Artisteer for this feature.

Yeah, you have to do it after you export the template for the html sites.
They went out of their way to allow slideshows whenever you insert images (header, pages), but unfortunately they did not enable that feature for background images. We could have made some interesting photography templates.
