Hi,
I would like to add images to the header, background or "sheet" folder so when I ctrl + d it will generate a theme using them.
Where do I put the files?

That is not possible. The supplied images are encrypted. You have to upload your images with the "From File..." links each time to be used by the current template. This was requested 2 or 3 years ago, but ignored. I agree, it's annoying that you can't add your own content to the system, but it is what it is.
There are more important issues to address like RESPONSIVE DESIGNS. Hopefully the SDK will make for most of the things missing in Artisteer. That said, it is by far the best template generator.
