Some design generator suggestions

It would be nice if the footer stretched to the bottom using the method on this page.

Also better form design is needed. NOT SENDING messages just design for
textboxes, textarea, radio button, checkbox, and dropdown. Having a nice design with basic form elements looks ugly.

Table design (with different alternating rows would be cool too.
a table should have a header, odd, and even css tags. A footer would be cool too.

Lastly, maybe the ability to float images and put simple frames around them.
