How to add hyperlink on my background Glare Image?

I'm having problem with adding hyperlink to my logo on my site macrogine.motionwebs.com .

I have made changes according to the solutions posted on the other thread. But unfortunately, the MACROGINE LOGO's Hyperlink seems like blocking by the menu bar. This logo is a part of Background Glare Images.

Thanks in advance for anyone who helps me.
