Now I am pissed

I am pissed. I purchased Artisteer about a year ago. I run in in one place on my laptop. Yesterday I replaced my 250gb HD with a 750gb HD. My license fails. I send request to support and they say they can't find my account with the email I used. This website also SUCKS. Licensing AND downloads should be managed via the website portal. Really...I am pissed. I have waited all day for the next response and still am waiting.

1- go to support page
2- click on the link : "Click here for available upgrades and Artisteer version downloads."
3- enter your license number
4- you should see the order # below, with your expiration date..
With your order number, they might be able to find you, and the email you used for buying your license :)

check too with your old paypal transactions.. find the transaction ID (a long number and letters code) used for your purchase..
