How to remove Article Title in Artisteer/Joomla |

I am having a problem trying to remove the Article Title created in Artisteer, I have changed the template to a Website or Blog, opened the static pages and click the Hide Article Title icon. Then switched back to the Joomla template option, but when I upload the template into Joomla the article Title shows even though I have made global settings changes in Joomla not to show the title.
Any advise would be welcomed.

This is controlled in joomla not artisteer.
joomla 2.5:
In joomla backend go to menu items/page display options(which are on the right side of screen)and select show page heading.

Hi
I cannot find the menu items/page options, I have changed the Article Options so that it doesn't show the Article Title, but they still show.
