ok I go to the template I want and click on the link below this: Project to modify and export to your CMS:
When I do that and extract the zip file I cant find the artx file. I went to the folder and it only has xml files

Simply download it using a non IE browser and you'll get the .artx file.

A lot of people are having problems downloading Artisteers artx samples to their computers with Internet Explorer (IE). You can use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox to download the ARTX files instead of IE. There should not be a problem if you use those browsers.
The problem with Internet Explorer is the security settings, it forces the download to be called *.zip You can still download using IE. After you download the file you can rename the zip extension to artx extension. Also you can go to Tools – Internet Options, select security tab and add http://*.artisteer.com to the trusted site section
