Hi all,
I decided, with my Windows 7 some time back, to add a shortcut to the program to my Start Menu at the top. When I go to that shortcut, another menu flys out showing me the items I have pinned there, normally, which will be whatever I am working on at the time. When I am finished I remove the item from the Quick Access Toolbar from within Artisteer and that is that.
However, recently I have noticed that my most used templates were not in that second menu under the start menu at the top where the shortcut is but when I start Artisteer anyway, they are there under File, Open. I right clicked on one of my current items to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar and the option comes up but greyed out and cannot be used.
So does anyone have any idea what is wrong and how to fix it please? I either inadvertantly did something or a Windows update has stuffed this much used feature for me!
