Does anyone know why there is a blue line at the very top of my website? It is supposed to start with the thin white line. I can't find a margin or anything...
Also don't know if it is related to the whole page or something but there is a thin white line on the footer graphic at the bottom that is getting cut off.

Thanks Gina but any idea why that margin was there in the first place? Want to know why it was happening.
