I've used Artisteer for over 4 moths now and it has crashed only once for me, otherwise it has worked without a hitch. There are a LOT of users posting on this site that are complaining about pirated versions of the software.

Same old same old.

CRACKHEAD

That's right. That applies to those who crack the software. It wont save. lol

Do you really think I'd have paid for the last two years if this problem applied to paid users.

Truth be told. If this forum was only for legit paid users no one would be posting anything about it not saving...

Can't really argue with yourtheworste, can you? He is right.

The ability not being able to save has to do with the cracked version. The latest version 3.1 has never crashed with me.

The only problem that I had for 24 hours and got fixed after 10-15 emails to support, was the program refused to activate, but that was a few version ago, 2.4, or 2.5.

Why don't you download the software and use it in trial mode, and see it for yourself?

I have been using for over two years and have never had a problem saving or opening a site I have built. Really enjoy the program. I have had a problem or two installing but support walked me through the problem.

Been using Artisteer for over 3 years since v2.1 and while it's had the occasional hiccups its always been relatively stable. Always save on a regular basis and different versions too just to be on the safe side. That goes for anything you're working on in a production environment anyway.

As already mentioned, those having problems saving templates tend to be using pirated editions, while not always the case it's more likely than not.

Best $130 you're ever going to spend.

I purchased months ago, best money ever spent.

I do wish there were more frequent version releases or beta builds made available. I've found so many bugs it's frustrating sometimes, but I've grown used to them.

I know how support works though, reporting them doesn't mean I'll see a fix anytime soon.

So here's to hoping for 4.0 :)
