Howo to open any blogger template with artisteer

You can't. You can only save and open Artisteer files. You can export the Artisteer files as Blogger, wordPress, html templates, etc... however.

It's not the end of the world though. You can re create a lot of templates easily in Artisteer within 10-15 minutes, emphasizing the words A LOT.

Artisteer isn't a template editor.. with artisteer you can CREATE custom templates... you cannot EDIT templates created outside of artisteer.

As suggested above Artisteer has its own .artx file extensions, and you need to save your projects as .artx files for future editing.
