CMS used: Joomla 2.5 and JoomlaFCK
if I use the Joomla default templates then the online editor inserts and display bullets correctly.
If I switch to my Artisteer 3.1.0.48375 generated template when I insert bullets into the article they are not visible - looking at the source and they are inserted. when I view the article on the site it is visible, but during edit they do not display.
as I mentioned when using Joomla default templates it all work. the editor is the latest from JoomlaFCK

In the JCE global configuration, Change Editor styles to 'Custom CSS Files. In Custom CSS Files add "templates/YOURTEMPLATE/css/editor.css"
That should do it
