how do you wrap text around images in html templates? I align left or right on the image options but it still won't wrap text just pushes the image down or up.

Did u right click on the image,
select "Layout"
Use the drop down menu against Position?
It works in 3.1.

You should be able to do it from your content editor.
Just tried inserting float:left and margin-left:0px from following style and it also solved the issue.
.art-article img, img.art-article, .art-block img, .art-footer img {
border: 1px solid #BFBFBF;
margin: 15px;
}

add:

margin-left:0px;
float: left;
