Hi all,
I just downloaded the Nov 7th release and installed it, opened up my latest project and it doesnt load, full of errors yet under the previous version of Artisteer, there was no problems. Using Joomla template making.
So, I attempted to load older ones. Interestingly, they didnt try to update and they loaded fine. The only difference with this one is that I was using the Artisteer option of Flash in the front page header and the older ones didnt.
So is Flash a problem with the latest Artisteer now or is it something else?
Error comes up with a window saying:
Unable to openfile. Unknown glyph HeaderInner.
I click OK and get another error saying an unhandled exception error has occurred and I can quit artisteer or continue. If I click continue, it never loads. The error details in this second one are:

Do you still have previous version of Artisteer installed or have you removed in when istalling new one? (you can have installed both using different folders when installing)
I am not sure why this error occurs, though if previous projects without flash in header open fine, then you could have removed the flash using the previous version of software and then try and open this template with new 3.1 RC.

I just upgraded to the latest 3.0 and get the same message. I uninstalled the previous 3.0 and now cannot open the templates I created yesterday and this morning. I cannot open templates I created previously unlike Greg. Ironically I can only open the template with flash in the header. I would reinstall the previous version but it is not available. I really need my templates to open.
