How To Make so page does not take up 100% of height. HELP!

I have tried editing CSS in many areas and cannot figure out where it is causing this. I would like the height of my theme to stop at the length of my content and NOT take up 100% of the height. This is no problem on smaller monitors, however, on large screens it looks silly to have all this empty space before my footer which sites on the very bottom of the page.
