I know it's easy to edit the index file, but it would be so nice to just be able to edit in Artisteer so I don't have to add something (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook info, etc) every time I make a change to something minor...

Absolutely.
I am so close to ditching everything else in favour of Artisteer for my web work, the ability to edit <head> infowould probably be the deciding factor

This is almost a refund issue for artisteer... this is where every wysiwyg program has gone wrong...... PLEASE implement this NECESSITY :) :).....
