As far as I know it has been already implemented and you can add a contact form to any post or page and messages will be sent to any email address you choose.

Yes, you can do it very easily if you are using a CMS.

Not trying to offend, but this forum is about "artisteer.net". When I first asked the question it was about putting a form on artisteer.net

There is an indication that this forum has already implemented the option to create forms, even has a sample image menu page. I have version 3.1 and have not found how to get to that shown in the image. What should I do in order to have forms in Artisteer?

It's not in artisteer, it's in artisteer.net You access artisteer.net either through exporting through artisteer or going to http://artisteer.net/wp-login.php and logging
