My client wants to add a WP installation to their existing HTML site. Is there a way to add a link to a page inside of the WP to the menu in the HTML site? I can only see where you can add pages from the original theme. I have recommended they switch the whole site to WP but they do not want to do that.

I think you need to add external link/tab manually, you can simply view the source from the index.html of exported template, Firebug may also be helpful.

Actually I figured out how to add custom menus to the WP installation and using the theme I created it is fairly seamless. To add the WP pages into the menu of Artisteer, I ended up opening the pages inside or frontpage and adding a the extra link to the menu. It was all really easy actually.
