How do you save the webpage in Artisteer for others to view

Export it as html.

Couple of options.
As Nick said, export as HTML (don't forget to watermark though) or preview and use something like ScreenGrab for Firefox to snapshot the entire page.
An option to export as PDF would be nice too.

Export it as html is an option. But if your customer says "no thanks", he still has the source files available and use your design without paying anything... (Maybe I'm a bit paranoia here...)
Therefore, you can consider to make screenshots. You can use Fireshot for this purpose?
