I've read a LOT of posts in these forums about this, and may I be the umpteenth person to ask that you PLEASE turn Drupal headers into blocks! I absolutely swear by this software and love what it offers - thank you!

I agree - would be very beneficial. 100% of page should be accessible as blocks.

I agree with you.. I spent more than 6 hrs trying to create a block inside the header for a search form .. I could not
