I'm having the exact same issues. Used Artisteer 3.
Action Menu not on top layer.
Edit page does not 'grow' when exapnding settings.
Anyone else, any solutions?

Well I 'fixed' issue number one. I compared the block container from a working Art2 yskin to the odd Art3 one and noticed that the old one did not have "ProviderName="DNNMenuNavigationProvider" in the dnn:ACTIONS. After removing that, the Art3 Block container action menu works fine. I don't know "Why".
Still having issues with the Edit page. I'll letou know if I make progress.
