My site has a public and private section and I'm using Vertical Menu for the public navigation. I'd like to display a second vertical menu that would only be visible to "Authenticated users."
An alternative would be to make individual link in the vertical menu only show up to authenticated users, but I don't know how to do that?
I've created blocks that are only visible to authenticated users, but I can't format them like the vertical menu. So, I would like two vertical menus - I thought page.tpl.php would be the place to look, but so far nothing.
Is it possible to have two vertical menus?

This doesn't seem too hard if I've understood you correctly.
All you need to do is go into the block settings (admin/build/block/list) and set one to be visible for only anonymous users and then set the other one only visible to authenticated users.
Then place both blocks in the vertical menu region in the blocks list.

Yeah, as Kevin said, choose the block(s) you want to be viewable to anon or auth users and then click the "configure" link beside them and then select your options, just like you would for any other block.
