Wait for it... 5) Then showed her FIRST client the site, made some changed for about 23 mins, agreed the look, added some links, SENT a paypal invoice and SOLD it, with a years worth of hosting and text updates once a month for... $2434.50 YES, Two Thousand, Four Hundred and Thirty Four Dollars and 50c! So everyone that keeps moaning about what you cannot do, how crap Artisteer is compared to web expression / dreamweaver / etc... My approach with Drupal is that I have created a "Base Database" so when I set up a site I copy the contributed modules folder from one site to the new site, then import the base database that has everything (within reason) that I need pre-configured. It takes about 4 minutes to have a well functioning site online. Designing a theme then takes about one to two hours, then some custom work on graphics (usually), and then add all the content that clients give me (usually about 4 - 10 pages), and the whole site should be online by the end of the day (would be quicker by I'm a stay at home dad as well). Price - €800 (try for €1000 and allow myself to be haggled). Now, if only I could get more than one site every six months!   Cyn Posted: 3/29/2011 Quote message  Yes it is Mark Thought it would be really positive to share the news as there has been so much negative reaction to A3, even from some original users of V 0.1 LOL Great that you are thinking out of the box, that is the way to do it, having a clean, non-tagged, no footprint Drupal install, like WP is a really easy wat to get some sites up, even more so it you are getting €800 a pop, I mean by that even if it takes you a week to do ONE site and you do ONE a month you are on 10k a year plus and thats without TWO a month LOL Even more so, we have been churning out FREE WP themes and after install and use by the clients, we give them a FREE upgrade to a better version, say with some more blocks, adsense, advert script in a block etc etc and they nearly ALWAYS say "Hey, could you do XXXX for us as well" of course we can, with Artisteer as our "base builder" we can DO ANYTHING for extra $!!! The team at X10S have put some much heart and soul... and some blood too, into what is a great marketing and resale tool! Just think out of the box with A3, find a niche and you are away, bit like your Drupal DB idea Mark!
