If you want them for a specific cms, change them for that cms (File->Change Template). But before you change the templates copy the source of the page(s), and paste them in the source of the page in your cms. Also, before changing the template, export the template, so you would have access to the images (if any). Transfer the images to your web server, and in the html source, make sure you change the new location of the images. I don't hate tables!
