Just like the title says.
Is there a way (or tutorial) to mimick the look and design of the "new" Artisteer online templates using the Artisteer program?

Download the .artx files of the templates. If you want them for a specific cms, change them for that cms (File->Change Template). But before you change the templates copy the source of the page(s), and paste them in the source of the page in your cms.
Also, before changing the template, export the template, so you would have access to the images (if any). Transfer the images to your web server, and in the html source, make sure you change the new location of the images.
Once you get it down, it is a 5-10 minute job.

Though you may want to convert the HTML tables to CSS (using either floats or the CSS display:table declaration) to make it xhtml valid!

Not to say they're not ever valid (they most certainly have a purpose!), but they're semantically invalid in the context that these HTML templates (and the Joomla templates) use them. I don't hate tables!
