website has been hacked, help! |

Hi all, I am relatively new to using wordpress and would appreciate some advice on securing a installation as best as possible, I have recently had 2 websites hacked, I un-installed and reinstalled 1 but the it then happened again on another site: http://bestmobilesdeal.co.uk/ I have had a look online for ideas but thought I would ask here as well.
It's so annoying that this same person has hacked 2 of my sites and basically done nothing with them other than boast, their not even diverting traffic or anything.. seems stupid hacking little old me as these sites are new and don't even have any traffic yet.
The the hacker has taken over the login of the site, is there any way I can still gain access without having to un-install and re-install? I have a hosting reseller account for this domain so have complete control over the site which is controlled in Cpanel,
