I imagine the new product will be spectacular as they always are. My issue is with the lack of updates. Versions promised by thanksgiving come out in December, and so on. If Extensoft published a news article saying they are releasing on Febusary 10th, then they should either release or update the post. Where I work we call that "Communication. Its not the delays that frustrate me, it's the lack of communication!
