WP Design Questions

I have a few questions after downloading the trial version today.

First, I'm trying to add the categories into the menu area usually reserved for pages. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find this option as of yet. It should be simple, it's just replacing one menu with another (pages for categories).

Second, I've tried adjusting width, and have been successful, but I'm trying to make it have a fluid width. I do not see the option for this.

So, my questions, how do I make the things above happen in artisteer?

Thank you,
David

I think the best answer I found about fluid width is that there just isn't any option to do this. Which is quite disappointing. If I'm spending over $100 for something, and then more every year, it should have this basic option.

I can't find anything about making category menus appear in anyway close to the way page menus appear. Another thing I believe would be basic and is disappointing.

If you want just categories in the menu, select it on the Theme Options page under "Menu". If you'd like to mix the two/add whatever you like, use the WordPress menu options.

Fluid width is supported in version 3, as mentioned/located on the news page.
