Hey all,
I am considering purchasing Artisteer but have seen that 3.0 should be released in the near future. I wanted to check in and make sure that if I choose to purchase the current Artisteer version, that I will not have to pay to upgrade to 3.0 when it comes out.
Thanks,
Connor

I'm aware of the 1 year policy, I just want to make sure this will include a major update such as 3.0

Absolutely! All upgrades are covered, no matter how big or small.

Can I upgrade an expired product?
That mean, I bought the Artisteer two years ago and have never upgraded it. Can I upgrade it now or I need to buy a new license?

You probably need to contact Artisteer directly for an answer to this.

Yes, you can - at least I did after four months or so.

Yes, as Clippy said you can upgrade an expired license.

I asked about this and they said if yours has expired no matter how long ago you get a fresh year from the day you buy an upgrade (59.99 i think) for an expired license.
