I exported my beautiful template into MS-Expression web in html. My pages are created and ready to go, but when I began creating links between my pages using the menu buttons I noticed that the names loaded in the buttons moved to the bottom of each button instead of remain inside the menu button.
Can anyone tell me how to prevent this or tell me a better way to create links between my pages?

Use html view to change the names instead of wysiwys. Espression may decide to rewrite the code it's own way.
