Please have a look and tell me if there is any way to make the text on my menu items any darker. They are not standing out very much like this. They're very pale and I know they are darker when they haven't been visited, but still not dark enough.

Thank you

The colors are like that because you are using a transparent sheet.

You can also try assigning a slight dark color to links.

Garry: Where must I go to change the links to a darker color? In the template code?

Nick: How can I change from a transparent sheet? Is it too late?

thanks

You can everything within Artisteer.

You can change the transparency from the Sheet menu. If you set a transparency other than 0%, then you can change the transparencies of different areas by their corresponding menus (Header, Articles, Footer, etc...)

The link colors are in the Articles menu.

I don't have the editor that comes with Artisteer, Nick. I'm using JCE 1.5.6 and it doesn't have a "link color" button. So unless you can tell me how to get the Artisteer editor in my Joomla website w/Artisteer template, I'll have to stay with the pale color on my link text.

Thanks

The link color you set in Artisteer should go to your Joomla site and you can't change/edit it from your CMS editor, simply open your .artx file in Artisteer and change it to desired color.
