version 3 is a wonderful update! great job artisteer!
now, is it possible to create a splash/home page that looks different from the other pages? i want my other pages to have a menu bar with multiple items/buttons and a specific background image. but for the splash/home page, i want a different background image and no menu bar.

I think Artisteer doesn't support creating an additional(splash) page with different formatting, you should create a new template and simply use it as splash page by interlinking menu links.
