I really wish I knew what that error was. I'm not multilingual.
Visit the support section here - http://www.artisteer.com/?p=support
They'll have more understanding of that error, but translate it. It could help debugging.

yeah... i have same problemo.. (i using artisteer versi 2.5)
One or more activeX controls not be displayed because either :
1. Ur current security settings prohibit activex controls on this page, or
2. U have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.
as a result, the page may not display correctly 
anyone..pls help

Try running it as an administrator. If that doesn't do anything, update to the latest version. If that doesn't work, revert to a stable version (Not beta). Other than that, I think this warrants an inquiry for support.
