Artister skin causes problem in RadEditor and RadTabstrip |

Hi all,
I am facing the following problem.
When using an artisteer created skin in my dotnetnuke portal, the radeditor looks like this:
1. The comboboxes have to be clicked twice (the first time a scrollbar is shown, as marked in the screenshot,
2. Each group of buttons in the toolbar, on either side, have a part of a button image.
In addition, when using the Telerik RadTabStrip in a custom module, the radtabstrip has problems on mouse over, not working properly.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve these issues?
(I am sure that all of you have faced the above problem).
