Hi,
I want to create a theme, where the right sidebar starts next to the header.
So margin-top from header and right-sidebar are equal and the content has the same width as the header.
Is this possible wiht a hack?

Simple. Don't use a header or a menu. Then you can place your header graphic inside the top region of your theme.

Is it correct, that you putted the title and Logo in a block in one of the top regions?

Yeah, I put the logo in to top most region, not sure what it's called, and as an added bonus doing it this way, you can make the logo clickable to the homepage (which you can't do with an artisteer header image without editing tpl.php pages and style.css).
The title is inserted by going to "Admin >> Site Building >> Themes >> Configure" and putting in the site name. Since there is no "header" the name will only show on the browser title.
