Hi.
Artisteer ALWAYS crashes on me when I am half way through designing my template.
Any ideas why this might be happening every single time?

1. Not enough memory
2. Too much memory
3. Wrong type of memory
4. Faulty memory
5. Corrupt installation
6. Illegal copy
7. PEBCAK
8. Fluctuating power supply
9. Aliens
10. Act of God
You see without giving us any idea of what version you're running, on what OS you're running or any other relevant information - how is anyone going to be able to help you?

Did you try to contact to Artisteer support:
http://www.artisteer.com/?p=contact?
Also did you sent Crash Report to Artisteer team?

Hi All,
I´ve found the same problem, but in export to joomla process. Every time I try to export my project to joomla the Artisteer 3 shows a crash message, like it´s say you don´t have memory... But I have 4 gb ram.
My config is : Win 7 - 64bits; 4 Gb Ram ; Intel I5
How can I solve this issue ?

Hi Guys,
Just for the record.
2 GB Ram on a 64 bit system is theoretically the minimum.
However, for real world use, 4 GB is probably the minimum, and of course more is better.
I have been using v.3 on one project now with no crashes so far.
I have Win. 7 64, and 12 GB Ram.
Are you watching the performance Tab in Task Manager while you get to the point of crash to see your actual memory usage at that point?

Hi All
Thought I'd put my ha'penny'orth in seeing the problems you guys are having:
I'm running 3.1.0.42580 on XP Pro SP3 with 4Gb of RAM (only 3.25 of the RAM usable in XP Pro) and Intel 3GHz Dual Core CPU.
Artisteer is running very fast, no problem with generating themes, saving or anything at all so far.
THANKYOU ARTISTEER IT'S FAB!!!

Just to chime in..... I've been using Artisteer v3.0 (I think I'm still using the beta version) on a Asus Eee PC Netbook that is running windows xp and only 1gb of memory. I have not had one single issue with it running at all. No crashes or anything. I must say however that usually when I'm getting ready to use Artisteer on that machine I'll usually close all programs and reboot just to make sure I have all the available memory I can have for the program to use since it does only have 1gb.
