my site has a line under the primary links in IE that I cannot figure out. Any ideas? www.signaltarget.com. Again it's only visible in IE?

If you could provide which browser you were using and which version, that would be helpful. It's displaying fine in Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari. Looks nice.

Did you check to see if your Menu's style settings were set to no border? I'm not seeing it.
