Remove Drupal Logo

I would also like to change the sample text to not have the superscript and subscript text in the first line of that same paragraph. Help with both of these items would be greatly appreciated. Scroll up and click the top left most button that doesn't have an image. That removes the preview image when creating your template. Super / Sub scripts cannot be removed, they're there for demonstration. Don't worry, your Artisteer template will not have these (Preview or sup/sub scripts) when generated unless called with code.
