Menu bar (header) not showing. |

CMS used (Drupal):
After enabling new theme created with Artisteer.
Horizontal (header) menu bar issue:
1 - After creating a menu, menu block, and positioning the menu block in say, the "vertical menu," the horizontal menu bar does not show up except on the block/build page.
2 - Also, still in the header, the text entered in the text area of the page header does not show. The image does show however.
Footer:
The copyright and footer links do not show in the footer area of the Site Information page.
Also, in Artisteer, when trying to adjust the font size of the Article's Headline ("Text, Link, Visited, Hovered") only the "Link, Visited, Hovered" gets the adjustment. The word "Text" (or "Some Latin") does not get adjusted.
Are all these issues related?
Any idea?

Tried to install new theme with clean Drupal installation. Same issue.

Are you using the latest version of Artisteer? Also, could you provide a url to the site? If you don't want to post it, I'll give you an email you can send it to me at. I don't have any problems, but maybe your situation is unique. I'll see if I can help.
