Problems to post flash video in HTML Artisteer Sites |

Hello guys!
I generated an HTML page through Artisteer and now I am trying to embed a video I made on my own, using Flowplayer.
The HTML page was ready, except for this video. Everytime I try to publish the video I have the following problem in my HTML page: the header image and background simply disappear.
I folowed instructions mentioned here: http://flowplayer.org/documentation/installation/index.html
but I can't make it work.
Is there a way to publish Flash videos in HTML Artisteer pages without messing up the layout?
Can somebody help me?

Simply export an HTML template with flash and examine its flash embedding code.
