hello i'am looking to build the top menu in joomla with artisteer but in the artisteer program i can see it but when i install the template in the joomla site it's not present how come?

You should see a Menu tab in Artisteer 2.4 where you can setup the menu. There are instructions on how to do this at: http://www.artisteer.com/?p=help_joomla
