I would like to be able to design a Template that is configured and optimised for Mobiles which maintains the graphic Header, Menu, and Image content through Intelligent Sizing of Existing Sites, In my Case Joomla.

I'll second that, Rory. My (Joomla!) sites are showing distinct spikes in mobile traffic, especially Android. While the full browser on Android devices makes the site generally workable, the full site is hard to read on anything smaller than a tablet-sized device.
The ability to generate a mobile-friendly template in conjunction with the main site template would be a great value add to an already fantastic tool.
Thanks for making my life a lot easier, Artisteer peoples. :)

I would really really like to see this as an option, I know there are lots of bugs to squash with the latest WP 3.0.1 version, but I think I would be more interested in upgrading if there were some indication that cool new stuff was on the way...

I could not agree more with all 3 of you guys. Having the ability to build on cross platform browser especially on the mobile and Ipad World would be amazing.

This would be an AWESOME addition to an already great product! Mobile traffic is growing and stepping up our sites isn't just a good idea, it's becoming necessary if we want to stay current.

I'm just wondering what is the status with the mobile solution on Artisteer.
Is it already there ? Will it be on the next version ?
Is there anybody from Artisteer developers that can comment on this ??

I think you can do Mobile site.. Why you can´t? Just make a right layout and adjust your fonts. Use some nice Joomla extension to do the rest.
Artisteer sites work very well with all my mobile browsers. Or do i miss something?

There are plug-ins for Joomla that allow you to serve any Joomla site to mobile devices in a way that's compatible and properly fits there screen size.

One of the big frustrations we face is the ability to have "consistent" content presented in browsers, notepads, iphones, smartphones, etc. They don't have to look exactly the same... Realestate just don't allow for this.
From many of the comments I see... it's clear that there's a lot of focus on CMS type systems... world press.. joomla... I'm convinced that HTML will be around for a very long time.
This kind of flexibility for multiple layouts (kind of like in Adobe CS5.5 where you can present three and adjust) would be killer.

I too would like to see a mobile aspect added to the software as well. And yes I would be willing to pay for it. Mobile Joomla works well but when you update it you lose all your hacks.

Just wanted to add that it should be a part of the main theme, with images and layout adjusted accordingly. If the main theme is altered the mobile theme would also be altered accordingly. Upload it to the server and everything would be changed for all devices accessing the site.

Personally, I would LOVE to have Artisteer for my Android tablet so I can make Joomla templates actually ON that device.
It is, after all, the LION's share of the mobile device market, though across different companies.
